Michael Wong is a Principal and General Counsel at AIM Real Estate Group, LLC, and has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate: Law, Brokerage, Leasing, Management, Investment, and Development.

AIM’s focus is on commercial real estate in the Austin and Central Texas markets, specializing in acquiring, developing, leasing and managing investment grade retail, office, industrial and multifamily commercial real estate projects. The firm’s overarching goal is to maximally enhance the value of the real estate and create long term cash flow from the active ownership and investment in commercial real estate.
