Professional Experience

David Ross is a Principal at AIM Real Estate Group, LLC and has over 17 years experience in Commercial Real Estate: Leasing, Brokerage, Management, Investment and Development.
AIM’s focus is on commercial real estate in the Austin and Central Texas markets, specializing in acquiring, developing, leasing and managing investment grade retail, office, industrial and multifamily commercial real estate projects. The firm’s overarching goal is to maximally enhance the value of the real estate and create long term cash flow from the active ownership and investment in commercial real estate.

Prior to forming AIM in January 2010, David was a Vice President of Catellus Development Group, a Prologis company. In this role, David was responsible for all retail development in the company’s central region. He also served as a Market Officer for Catellus where his responsibilities included the development, leasing and management of Catellus Austin retail assets, including those associated with the redevelopment of the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport (“Mueller”), a 711-acre mixed-use redevelopment located in Austin, Texas.

Prior to joining Catellus in 2005, David was a Senior Leasing Representative for Endeavor Real Estate Group. David began his commercial real estate career with the Rouse Company where he spent approximately five years in various property management roles. In 1998, David joined Simon Property Group where he spent approximately five years in various property management and leasing roles.
